Some careers are planned on paper. Todd Keller's was built in person — one shift, one customer, and one team at a time.
Todd began working at 16 years old as a cashier at Winn-Dixie. Over the next 29 years, he worked his way through the company — serving as a Regional Trainer, a Store Manager, and ultimately an Acquisition Team Lead. Along the way he learned what leadership actually looks like: listening to people, understanding the customer, building strong teams, solving problems, managing resources, holding people accountable, and leading by example.
He carried that foundation into the HVAC and business world, where he has spent more than 31 years in the industry — in residential HVAC, business ownership, operations, sales, and team development. He understands the needs of homeowners and local businesses because he has spent a lifetime serving them.
Today, Todd calls Brevard County, Florida home. His focus is simple: do honest work, build strong businesses, develop people, and invest in the community that invested in him.
