My Story

From Cash Register to Leadership

Todd's professional story began at 16 years old, behind a cash register at Winn-Dixie. Over nearly three decades, he worked his way through positions of increasing responsibility — eventually serving as a Regional Trainer, Store Manager, and Acquisition Team Lead.

That journey taught him the fundamentals of leadership: listen to people, understand the customer, build strong teams, solve problems, manage resources, hold people accountable, and lead by example.

After decades in retail leadership, Todd carried that experience into entrepreneurship — building and running Florida service businesses, including in HVAC and the skilled trades, where reputation, craftsmanship, and trust are earned one job at a time.
