My Story

From Cash Register to Leadership

Todd's professional story began at 16 years old, behind a cash register at Winn-Dixie. Over nearly three decades, he worked his way through positions of increasing responsibility — eventually serving as a Regional Trainer, Store Manager, and Acquisition Team Lead.

That journey taught him the fundamentals of leadership: listen to people, understand the customer, build strong teams, solve problems, manage resources, hold people accountable, and lead by example.

After decades in retail leadership, Todd continued building his career in the HVAC and business world — accumulating more than 31 years of experience working with people, customers, employees, businesses, and real operational challenges.
